The City of Richardson has several employment opportunities including positions in the Community Services Department, and the Transportation and Mobility Department.

State of the City Address | 2023

Mayor Paul Voelker, Mayor Pro Tem Janet DePuy and members of the Richardson City Council will deliver the State of the City Address tonight as part of a free, open-to-the-public, in-person event at the Charles W. Eisemann Center in Richardson.

Warming Center Opens as Winter Weather Advisory Issued

A winter weather advisory is in effect for the surrounding area from noon today to Thursday morning. There’s also a possibility for snow and icy conditions on streets, especially elevated roads.

Renovations Planned for Terrace Playground; Public Input Meeting is Jan. 24

The Parks and Recreation Department has scheduled a public meeting for Jan. 24 to provide information about upcoming Terrace Park playground renovations, and to receive input.

“Coffee & Cops” Jan. 25

Eiland Coffee at Canyon Creek, located at Two Creeks Plaza, will host the next “Coffee & Cops,” an informal, come-and-go gathering with Richardson Policer officers at which you can stop by, say hello and discuss any concerns or questions you may have.
