RICHARDSON – The annual Letter from the Mayor and City Council for two FREE rolls of blue recycling bags have been arriving in mailboxes.
To limit the spread of COVID-19, the rolls normally located inside the Water Customer Service Desk at City Hall are now located on the outside of the service desk for self-service. Several people who received the Letter over the last few days have already redeemed it at City Hall.
Residents may redeem the Letter by dropping the Letter in the box provided and pick up two free rolls of recycling bags.
