New Board/Commission Members Appointed, Sworn In

Eight Richardson residents have been appointed by the City Council to fill recent vacancies on several City boards and commissions—the appointees were voted on at Monday’s City Council meeting, with five present and sworn in by City Secretary Aimee Nemer. Five of the new appointees have served in the past year on City of Richardson boards/commissions, and three are new to COR board/commission service.

Those appointed include:

City Plan Commission

Nate Roberts—full member, term ends Dec. 31, 2024

Sebrena Bohnsack—full member, term ends Dec. 31, 2023

Byron Purdy—alternate, term ends Dec. 31, 2023

Library Board

Patricia Mulvihill—full member, term ends Dec. 31, 2024

Sign Control Board

Joseph Quirk—full member, term ends Dec. 31, 2024

Jay Jolly—alternate member, term ends Dec. 31, 2024

Zoning Board of Adjustment/Building and Standards Commission

Phil Thames—full member, term ends Dec. 31, 2024
