“Nouveau Nostalgia Radio Show, Episode 1” at Core Theatre this Weekend
518 W. Arapaho Rd., #115
Tickets: $10-$15 (series pass available for $50) (tickets)
Feb. 23-25
8 p.m. Friday-Saturday, 3 p.m. Sunday
The setting is a radio station studio, and the audience gets to watch a radio play as it “goes live,” while a whole other story is going on in the studio. As the heroes are battling villains and trying to save the world in the radio play, the radio station’s actors are trying to get what they want in the real world. Mistakes and missteps abound as the actors try to keep the play going in this comedic, full-of-laughs original presentation, that will continue in five more episodes on select weekends throughout 2024. Presented by the Nouveau Nostalgia Radio Show Company.
