“Richardson’s Family 4th” Lights Up the Sky Monday

Richardson’s Family 4th Celebration is scheduled to take place Monday at Breckinridge Park with the Richardson Community Band Patriotic Salute Concert starting at 8:15 p.m. and fireworks set to begin at 9:30 p.m. The event also includes kids’ activities and concessions.
