Residents began receiving letters this week that can be taken to one of several City facilities to be redeemed for two free rolls of 26 blue recycling bags (52 total). Through the Blue Bag Program, homeowners can combine all recyclable material into one bag and place it out for weekly pickup service.  

Residents may redeem their letters at:  

  • Heights Recreation Center, 711 W. Arapaho Rd.  
  • Huffhines Recreation Center, 200 N. Plano Rd.  
  • Service Center, 1260 Columbia Dr.  

Note: The letters do not expire and past years’ letters are still honored.
