Public Services staff will be at the Richardson Public Library, 900 Civic Center Dr., and Huffhines Park, 300 N. Plano Rd. (along Plano Road, in the park), on select dates in June to spread the word about the benefits of recycling. One free roll of blue bags will be given out at the park location; vouchers good for one free roll of bags will be given out at the Library. The blue bag rolls and vouchers are for Richardson residents with proof of residency.
