Registration begins Nov. 1 for Richardson’s 47th Annual Christmas Parade, to be held Saturday, Dec. 7 on the east side of Richardson and benefiting Network of Community Ministries. This year’s parade theme is “A Lone Star Christmas.” Individuals and groups are encouraged to interpret the theme with costumes, vehicles and floats.
