Traffic along West Prairie Creek Drive between Campbell Road and Fall Creek Drive may be reduced to one lane between 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. on weekdays as crews work to install and replace manholes, part of the West Prairie Creek Rehabilitation Project. Flaggers will be present for alternate movement of traffic. Starting Oct. 10, the northbound lane in that section will be closed completely as utility work begins, with no northbound traffic allowed. The manhole and utility work are expected to move north between Fall Creek Drive and Lookout Drive beginning in early to mid-November, at which point no northbound traffic will be allowed from Campbell Road to Lookout Drive.
Note that the pedestrian bridge that connects West Prairie Creek Drive to Prairie Creek Elementary School will be open as much as possible during this phase of the project.
