Thomas D’Amore was appointed and sworn in as the new Presiding Judge of Richardson’s Municipal Court at Monday’s City Council Meeting. He has been an Assistant Municipal Judge with the City since December 2016, and will fill the unexpired term of Presiding Judge Chrissi Gumbert, who is cutting back on her schedule due to impending retirement. Gumbert will now serve as an Assistant Municipal Judge along with William Geyer.
