The Corporate Challenge is underway in Richardson. Last Friday, the annual event marked the start of the games with hundreds of participants taking part in the Opening Ceremonies at Huffhines Park.
The 2023 Challenge, a 10-week, Olympic-style competition involving 43 local businesses, features more than 20 different sports and activities. Corporate Challenge promotes and supports teamwork, company pride and corporate wellness while raising funds for Special Olympics Texas.
Since 1998, the Corporate Challenge has raised more than $3 million for Special Olympics, which provides continual support to children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
