The City Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) plans to expand sales and marketing efforts in January by launching accounts on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. At Monday’s City Council meeting, CVB staff detailed how content and management will be coordinated with the CVB website. 

The CVB is tasked with promoting and supporting the tourism industry in Richardson (including hotels, restaurants, meeting venues, retail and entertainment) as well as managing sponsorships for City events such as the Wildflower! Arts & Music Festival.
