The Temporary City Hall Annex opened this week, located at 2360 Campbell Creek Blvd. Suite 550, two doors down from the entrance to Temporary City Hall. It features a dedicated customer service area where representatives from key departments are available to help with municipal services, replacing the setup available at the Municipal Court since the August 2022 City Hall fire.
Departments housed in the Annex include:
- Building Inspection
- Code Enforcement
- Health
- Information Technology
- Water Customer Service
The opening of the Annex marks the completion of the City’s footprint at the Campbell Creek complex, which also includes the Richardson Public Library and the City Council Chamber, accessed through Temporary City Hall.
The suite numbers for the three facilities are:
- Library – Suite 500
- Temporary City Hall – Suite 525
- Temporary City Hall Annex – Suite 550
