City staff presented tactics to the City Council Monday for implementing each of the 13 strategies recently adopted with the Council’s 2023-25 Statement of Goals. The tactics are the list of initiatives to be undertaken in the coming years to achieve the Council’s goals/strategies. Tactics are formally presented every two years and are developed with input from the City Council, Boards and Commissions, City staff and the community.
A few of the tactics include:
- Enhance cybersecurity best practices
- Ensure equitable distribution of economic opportunity and city amenities/services across the City
- Explore the creation of a board to celebrate and promote diversity, inclusion, accessibility, etc.
