This Sunday, festivalgoers can cast their vote during the inaugural Chalk the Walk Sidewalk Art Contest for the People’s Choice Award starting at 11 a.m. Artists ages 12 and up will compete solo or with a team or family of up to four individuals, to bring to life a masterpiece of their choice on the sidewalks of Cottonwood Park.
