Though there are now three more weeks in which a person can fill out the Census (a court ruling extended the deadline to Oct. 31), please do so today if you haven’t yet filled it out. A complete and accurate count is critical for Richardson since the results of the 2020 Census will affect community funding, congressional representation, emergency services strategies and more, for the next decade. You can fill out your form online, via phone or by mailing in your paper form, if you received one by mail.
