Arts Incubator Richardson kicks off its 10th season of AIR Time Tuesday, Sept. 10 at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema-Richardson with a showing of the 1996 movie, “Lone Star,” preceded by an interview with Keri and Brad Springs, owners of Richardson’s Six Springs Tavern, a venue that features live Texas music. It’s the perfect pairing to go with the Richardson Reads One Book selection, “Bluebird, Bluebird,” by Attica Locke, and copies of the book will be available for purchase at the event.
The interview begins at 7 p.m. and the movie begins at 7:45 p.m. Tickets, available here, are $5 and include a $5 food and beverage voucher.
This is the 10th season for the popular movie-paired-with-an-interview series, which has featured numerous local creatives over the years, from chefs to musicians to robotics engineers, paired with screenings of past films that relate to the interviewed guest.
