A Constitutional Amendment/Special Election will be held Tuesday, Nov. 5 from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Richardson residents living in Dallas County are voting on state constitutional amendments and RISD Board of Trustees members; Richardson residents living in Collin County are voting on constitutional amendments only.
Information about polling locations is available at www.dallascountyvotes.org and www.collincountytx.gov/elections. For the first time, Dallas County voters will be able to vote at any Vote Center, including Richardson City Hall/Civic Center, UT Dallas and numerous RISD schools.
