The City of Richardson and BikeDFW are co-hosting the City’s third annual bike rodeo Saturday, May 9, from 10-11:30 a.m. in the Heights Park parking lot next to the baseball fields. This free, family-friendly event gives kids the opportunity to learn bike safety skills in a fun, hands-on environment. In addition to a bicycle safety course, the event offers free minor bicycle repairs, a helmet fit check, bike skills activities and games.

  • Heights Park, 711 W. Arapaho Rd. (in the parking lot next to baseball fields) 
  • Admission: Free (registration requested; click here to register)  
  • Bike and helmet are required to participate in activities  
  • Children are required to bring a parent   

The event is being held in partnership with The Bike Shop Richardson, Bike Mart and DART.
