Entries for the City’s third annual “Martin Luther King, Jr. Essay Contest” and “Black History Month: Celebrating Diversity and Inclusion” Art Contest are now being accepted.
The contests are open to students who live in Richardson or attend a school in Richardson. Winning works will be published through the City’s communications channels, with the winning students receiving $200 and certificates of achievement from the Mayor and Council.
Every Wednesday, we will be showcasing past winners. This week, we’d like to introduce you to Jeremiah Miller, who shared his award-winning Essay with us.
We invite you to visit www.cor.net/ArtandEssayContest for more information including contest rules and deadlines.
