Two dozen volunteers from the North Dallas chapter of the Young Men’s Service League (YMSL) cleaned up trash along the Spring Creek Nature Trail earlier this month, as participants in the City’s Community & Corporate Environmental Cleanup Program. The group, consisting of teen boys from RISD high schools and their moms, filled 12 large bags with trash.
The Corporate & Community Environmental Cleanup Program is open to any group who wants to help beautify Richardson. All supplies are provided, including gloves and trash tongs, and filled bags are picked up when the project is finished.
