Volunteers from around the community gathered today to help prepare meals for local food banks and pantries as part of the 7th Annual Feeding Children Everywhere Compassion Event.
The goal is to package 100,000 meals.
The event was hosted by the Richardson Interfaith Alliance, in partnership with Compassionate DFW and the East Plano Islamic Center.
