Senior Center, Tennis Center Expand Hours Beginning Oct. 4

The Richardson Parks and Recreation Department is expanding the hours of operation for the Tennis Center and Senior Center, beginning Monday, Oct. 4.

City Council Adopts Ordinance Approving Atmos Rate Recommendation

The City Council adopted an ordinance Monday approving a rate increase for Atmos Gas, effective for bills rendered after Dec. 1, 2021. Average monthly bills for residential customers will increase by $1.28 (2.2 percent) and by around $4 for commercial customers (1.61 percent), generating $22.78 million in increased revenues for Atmos for recovery of dollars invested/spent in 2020 in serving the Mid-Tex division.
