Public Services staff will be at the Richardson Public Library, 900 Civic Center Dr., and Walgreens, 2140 E. Campbell Rd., from 2:30-3:30 p.m. on select dates in July to spread the word about the benefits of recycling. One free roll of blue bags will be given out at the Walgreens events; vouchers good for one free roll of bags will be given out at the Library. The blue bag rolls and vouchers are for Richardson residents with proof of residency.
