Applications are now open for marketplace vendor booths, including arts and crafts, pet-related items and artisanal food, for this year’s Huffhines Harvest Fest.  

The event is scheduled to take place Oct. 18-19 and features “Pawtoberfest,” on Saturday and the Children’s Entrepreneur Market on Sunday.  

All submitted applications are reviewed by a jury panel and evaluated before acceptance is offered. Each vendor provides their own clean, white, commercial grade tent. 

Vendor Details: 

  • Location: Huffhines Park, 1500 Apollo Rd. 
  • Non-refundable application fee: $25 
  • Single booth fee (if accepted): $200 (increases if electricity added and/or corner booth location) 
  • Oct. 18-19 
  • Saturday 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m.-5 p.m. (set-up Friday) 
  • Application deadline: Aug. 4
