Families gathered at the Eisemann Center for a performance where everyone in the audience gets to participate.

“The Magic of Kevin Spencer,” a show that is part of “Access+Inclusion 23” a series of community events around the City of Richardson that focused on mental health.

During this weekend’s performance, kids were invited on stage for a show that combined storytelling and illusions. It also offered them a chance to show off their own magic tricks.

Spencer, who isn’t just a magician but an educator and researcher uses the art of magic to impact change in the lives of children with autism, developmental disabilities, and even those who have experienced trauma.
