Join Library staff in the City Council Chamber for a spooky fun story time and puppet show, then move to the Library’s Youth Services area for crafts and trick-or-treating! Costumes encouraged!
(Storytime to begin at 2 p.m., puppet show around 2:10 p.m., then crafts and trick-or-treating available until 4 p.m. or while supplies last.)
