RICHARDSON – Sherrill Park Golf Course located at 2001 E. Lookout Dr. in Richardson remains open for visitors.
Staff at the facility have implemented new practices to prevent the spread of COVID-19 including disinfecting golf carts, clubs, surfaces and doorknobs on a regular basis. They are also encouraging social distancing while on the property.
The snack bar will be limited to ten people and there will be no access to the pavilion for the time being.
“In the last couple of days, we’ve had customers bring their children so they can get fresh air while dad plays a round of golf. People need a break from being indoors and the golf course is a great place for people to enjoy the outdoors,” said golf professional Ronny Glanton.
