Eastbound and westbound Spring Valley Road between Greenville Avenue and Abrams Road may be fully closed from 7 a.m.-6 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 14, and detoured to Centennial Boulevard and Maple Street. Asphalt paving is taking place in that area as part of road rehabilitation.
