The City is hosting “Light Up Lockwood” for the second time after its successful debut last fall. The free event, held in the City’s Lockwood area of the CORE District (near 500 Lockwood Dr.), takes place this year on Saturday, Sept. 16 from 6-10 p.m. and will feature live entertainment, family fun, food/drinks, shopping and a one-of-a-kind light show projected onto Richardson’s Lockwood water tower at sunset.
