Santa’s Village officially opened for the 2023 holiday season last Saturday at Huffhines Park, 1500 Apollo Rd., its home since being displaced last year due to the August 2022 City Hall fire. The annual free event includes many of Richardson Santa’s Village time-treasured dwellings along with interactive activities in each; free photos with Santa; live entertainment; concessions for sale and free parking.
The village will be staffed and open during the remaining dates and times:
- Dec. 8-10, and Dec. 15-17
Fridays 6-9 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays 5-9 p.m. - Free admission
The village is also open to enjoy Dec.11-14 and 18-24 from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. (dwellings are closed but the twinkling lights will be on).
