After a hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Richardson Police Department’s “Coffee & Cops” program is back July 26 from 10:30-11:45 a.m. at Starbucks, 205 S. Plano Rd. #100. “Coffee & Cops” is an informal way for the community to talk with police officers—there is no formal agenda and no cost to attend, just drop by to say hello, ask questions and/or discuss concerns.
