The Richardson Theatre Centre is going retro and reliving the Golden Age of radio for its latest production, WRTC Presents the Great Broadcast of 1949. 

The program is filled with drama, suspense, comedy and music. The show is a one-weekend-only production and will help raise money for the organization. 

RTC was founded in 1989 and is now in its 30th season. 

“I love working at this theater. Since I started in 2012, the quality has just improved,” said Leigh Moore, house manager for the Richardson Theatre Centre.

The show takes place Friday and Saturday, Jan. 17 & Jan. 18 at 8 p.m. with a reception at 7 p.m. with food, door prizes, and raffle tickets. There is also a Sunday matinee at 2 p.m. Jan. 19 with a reception at 1 p.m. Visit www.RichardsonTheatreCentre.net for more information.
