This fall, 500 total trees (Desert Willow, Chinkapin Oak and Peach) will be given away to Richardson residents—upcoming giveaways include:

The City Council created the Richardson Replants initiative to help replace trees lost during the severe weather event on May 28 earlier this year. An additional 500 trees will be distributed this spring, potentially offering other species depending on availability from other nurseries.
