Personal finance website WalletHub announced this week it has ranked Richardson as the 2022 10th Best Real Estate Market overall in the U.S. and third among small cities (population less than 150,000). To determine the most attractive real estate markets, WalletHub compared 300 cities of varying sizes across 17 key indicators of economic strength and housing market appeal. The data set ranges from median home price appreciation to maintenance affordability to job growth rate.
