Public Services staff will be out in the community each week this month on select afternoons, handing out free blue recycling bags and spreading the word about the benefits of recycling. Locations include the LA Fitness at 1451 E. Belt Line Rd., and 7th Day Coffee at 743 Brick Row, Suite 350. One free roll of blue bags will be given out at the events to Richardson households with proof of residency.
