Public Services staff will be at Walmart Neighborhood Market, 1501 Buckingham Rd., each week this month on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons beginning Sept. 12, handing out free blue recycling bags and spreading the word about the benefits of recycling. One free roll of blue bags will be given out at the events to Richardson households with proof of residency.
