Public Services staff will be out in the community each week this month on select afternoons, handing out free blue recycling bags and spreading the word about the benefits of recycling. Locations include the Dollar Tree store at 1750 E. Belt Line Rd., and Walgreens at 4201 E. Renner Rd. One free roll of blue bags will be given out at the events to Richardson households with proof of residency.
