The Richardson Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association (RCPAAA) has announced the winners of the 2020 RCPAAA scholarships. Over the last 15 years, the RCPAAA has awarded $47,000 in scholarships to college-bound or current college students who are family members of RPD employees. Funds are achieved through private donations and fundraisers.
