This morning, the Richardson Police Department’s annual Public Safety Expo was held at Huffines Park.
The Expo is a fun and free family event that included a look inside the department’s SWAT, Bicycle Unit, and Drone Team. There was also a helicopter visit.
Both police and fire had its vehicles on display, and families had the chance to enjoy balloon animals, Kona Ice, and visited with some familiar characters.
During the expo, people participated in the “Can Do” food drive benefiting the Network of Community Ministries.
