The eastbound side of Melrose Drive between Custer Road and Lorrie Drive will be closed to traffic starting next week (week of Sept. 29) as pavement replacement work takes place, part of the City’s Arterial and Collector Street Rehab Project. While the work is underway, only westbound traffic will be allowed on this stretch of Melrose Drive (residences on the south side of Melrose will still be accessible). Once the eastbound side is complete, contractors will begin work on the westbound side. The work will take place from 7 a.m.-6 p.m., Monday-Friday.
