The Texas Recreation and Park Society-North Region has named Chris Rasbury its Park Professional of the Year. Rasbury, Assistant Parks Superintendent in Richardson’s Park Maintenance Division, has been with the City for more than two decades and was nominated for the award for his outstanding work ethic and dedication (soon after taking on his current position, he took on an additional leadership position when the other Parks Maintenance Assistant Superintendent suddenly had to take an extended medical leave).
