The right lane of eastbound Main Street between McKinney Street and Greenville Avenue and the right lane of Greenville Avenue between Kaufman Street and the Police Headquarters north of Main Street may be closed to traffic from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. for multiple pole and conductor removals and other work related to cable installation. The work is expected by be complete by late August. Just west of the area, the right lane of westbound Main Street between Texas Street and US 75 may be closed to traffic at different spots in two phases from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. for storm water, water line and road improvements. That work is also expected to wrap up by late August.
