Residents and owners of businesses located in/near the Downtown area of the Richardson CORE District are invited to an Open House next Thursday evening from 5-7 p.m. at Police Headquarters to get information about the Main Street Phase 2 Road Improvements set to start Feb. 17. The improvements include pavement and utility work and will take place along Main Street between Greenville Avenue and Abrams Road.
