Starting tomorrow, Richardson enters the summer water conservation plan to help reduce the amount of water lost to evaporation. The plan reduces the times for outdoor irrigation to evening, night and early morning hours on a limited number of days each week. Watering via drip irrigation, soaker hose or hand-held hose with a shutoff nozzle may be done any day at any time.
