For the Labor Day holiday, City services and facilities will operate according to the following holiday schedule. The City of Richardson Holiday Schedule shows when services may be closed or operating on adjusted hours. 

  • There will be NO solid waste collection, Brush and Bulky Item Collection (BABIC) or recycling service provided Monday, Sept. 7.  
  • There will be NO make-up days for trash collection or BABIC.
