Public Services staff are back at the Library Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning June 29 from 2:30-3:30 p.m. to spread the word about the benefits of recycling. Vouchers good for one free roll of blue bags will be given to Richardson residents with proof of residency.
Note: Phil-up the recycling mascot will not be present; the giveaway will not take place July 1.
