RICHARDSON – Efforts to keep Richardson’s core services such as public safety, trash, water, and other basic needs operational during two state of emergency declarations were among the items highlighted at this year’s Annual State of the City Address.
From the October 2019 tornado that left more than a four-mile path of destruction in the southern portion of the city to the impacts of COVID-19. The breakout video featured in this year’s recorded Address shows part of the response that brought police, fire, and health care workers together along with community and regional agencies that provided support to families in need.
