Registration is underway for Richardson’s 50th Annual Christmas Parade, entitled, “Storybook Christmas.” The event takes place Saturday, Dec. 3 along Plano Road, beginning at Richardson Square Mall and finishing at Huffhines Park. Community groups and organizations are encouraged to interpret the theme through floats, vehicles, animal entries, and/or group marching/walking.
Early registration closes at 6 p.m., Monday, Nov. 14. The registration fee is a donation of new, unwrapped toys to Network of Community Ministries, or $25. Late registration (with an additional $10 late fee) will be available until Nov. 20. All parade entry fees benefit Network of Community Ministries.
