Canine (and human) visitors to Bush Central Barkway, Richardson’s dog park, can look forward to improved turf at the park thanks to a revitalization project scheduled to take place there over the next two months. The aerating, soil flushing and fertilizing planned will help the grass recover from the normal heavy use coupled with the effects of last winter’s weather.
As the project progresses, the park will be closed on various dates for varying lengths of time, from two days to four weeks. Following is the planned schedule of closures: May 4-5, May 11-12 and May 19-June 18.
